Reflection on education

First of all i really adore mi career, it´s something that drives me to do my best, particularly at my university i have access to most tools to be a good dentist.  However me and all my career partners are not learnig in the best way, because the system is obsolete, the dentistry college has worked since 1888 and the teaching method has undergone minimal changes, in those 132 years of existence humanity invented smartphones, internet, reached the moon and created tik toks dances, meanwhile the education we receive is the same as our parents, grandparents and great-grandparents recieved, education needs to evolve as soon as possible. Someone could think that we need better teachers, unfortunately the problem is not so simple, the real problem are inefficient governments plans, education here in Chile and Latin America is dictated by educational bureaucrats who have no idea of the caracteristics of a good education, those bureaucrats impose the rules making progress in education impossible. In Europe and Canada for example, they understood that universitys and colleges need fredoom to do their own rules, what´s the result? today un Canada you learn in a efficient and not stressful method and you´re able to be dentis in just 4 years.
